Customer comes to Brand Outlet to redeem the eGift Card

Customer after selecting merchandize presents Zokudo Gift card number at brand's retail outlet's POS

POS executive enters the 16 digit card number in Zokudo's POS application

Zokudo server sends an OTP to customer's registered mobile number

Counter executive deducts the card value from the total bill amount

Zokudo validates and authenticates the card number and provides approval for the card value to the brand

POS executive enters the OTP in the Zokudo POS application

Customer receives the OTP on his/her mobile and shares that with the POS executive

Customer pays any amount over and above the card value by cash or credit/debit card at the counter directly

Customer takes the merchandise and heads home
