1. Availability of the Experience: In the following circumstances, the experience may not be available and can be rescheduled without prior notice:
a. Bad weather
b. Political disruptions
c. Government restrictions
d. Strikes
e. Natural Calamities
f. Other unforeseen circumstances
2. Swaps: This experience can be swapped to a brand or another experience of the same value. The value attached to this experience is 1173 INR for Vegetarian menu and 1305 INR for Non-vegetarian menu (inclusive of all taxes)
3. No seats/bookings available or event gets cancelled:
a. In the eventuality that there are no seats or bookings available or the event gets cancelled, then feel free to redeem the experience at equal value on any other day at any of the brands outlets.
b. You may also Swap the experience for any other gift card or experience for equal value at Zokudo.com
4. If the recipient has not redeemed the voucher before the event date:
a. The recipient may redeem the voucher for full value on any other day at any of the brands outlets. In the case where the event is specific to a particular time / date the voucher can be redeemed at the brand outlet for its original value for its other services/ products.
b. You may also Swap the experience for any other gift card or experience for equal value at Zokudo.com.
5. Additional purchase: In case if you decide to purchase any other service/ product over and above the voucher value you can do so by paying the balance at the payment counter
6. The eGift card cannot be redeemed for Cash or Credit.
7. The recipient is required to carry the registered mobile phone at the time of redemption in order to redeem the voucher.
8. Please inform Zokudo in advance, in case of any cancellation of your reservation(s).
9. After the expiry of the offer / experience, the redemption against any other offer / experience will happen at discretion of the brand.
10. This voucher can redeemed on Monday to Thursday between 12pm till closing time and Friday 12pm - 7pm

a) Experience is Gifted! Leave the rest to our concierge service. The recipient shall receive a 16 digit voucher instantly via Email and SMS that is redeemable at the brand’s outlet Concierge Call for Reservation:
a)We have this special service only for you. Our Concierge will perform all the reservations on your behalf. All you have to do is let us know the time and date.
b) A Reservation is mandatory and subject to availability by the brand Redemption:
a) Upon presenting the 16 digit code, you will receive an OTP confirmation at the payment counter.
b) If you wish to purchase any other service/ product over and above the voucher value you can do so by paying the balance at the payment counter

- This experience can be redeemed from Monday - Friday at the brand outlet. If you fail to redeem it on the stipulated date/time, you may redeem the experience at equal value on any other day at any of the brands outlets upto 6 months from the date of issuance.
- Availability of the experience: The concierge will try to book the experience as per the user’s preference and confirm on the same. Reservation is subject to availability from the outlet.
